Between my gaggle of weenie dogs (Jeronimo, Olivia, Pepperoni, & Poppyseed), my two bunnies (Bunnykin Skywalker & Malatobun), and my gorgeous wife, it’s always safe to say I always have company. My partner and I love to take out herd of pups for hikes all around our home state like Enchanted Rock or Lost Maples. But when I’m not out and about with my family, I’m bust at work and feel lucky to say I get to keep the same feeling of happiness. There was always something about the grooming industry that sparked my interest. As a little girl I remember being glued to the window watching the stylists work their magic and wind up with beautiful dogs. After eight years in the business, I know I chose the correct path for my career. I am the recipient of the 2021 Top Paw Award for managing and leading my salon team for two years at my previous company. When the amazing opportunity opened for me by Pet Paradise, I bid my team farewell knowing full well they had learned from our time together how to keep their salon just as successful without my guiding hand.
